Religious Studies (QAIS) Overview

Building a strong Islamic foundation and strengthening students’ Muslim identity are at the core of our mission. NIA believes that schools should be an extension of a positive and nurturing family environment that fosters shared moral and ethical values. Our school offers Quran, Arabic, and Islamic studies classes 3-4 times a week as part of its religious studies program (QAIS).

Praying in congregation, remembering Allah, applying the sunnah, listening to moral stories, modeling Islamic practices, and celebrating cultural diversity are part of our Islamic education program. When Islam is at the center of students’ lives, their spiritual and character transformation is imminent. Each student is inspired and guided by their faith in Allah (SWT) and His messenger, Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), to cultivate and lead a morally upright life and career with an ultimate goal to earn Allah’s pleasure.
