The future of the world is in my classroom today!
I have been educating third graders for eight years, and this is my second year teaching at NIA. I have also taught at an International IB school in Saudi Arabia for five years, where I attended several IB workshops. I graduated from the University of Jordan with a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied English. Then I moved to the United States and eventually came back to my hometown Nashville.
I am very blessed to work at NIA, in an environment that emphasizes the most important thing we can ever teach our children, Islamic morals, values, and practices. In my classroom, I like to create a positive environment that fosters creative thinking, open communication, caring relationships, and community building. I am always looking forward to meeting my new students, and I hope that someday they will remember this school year as one of their greatest learning experiences.
