Prophet Musa (Moses), the most celebrated and most successful prophet in the Qur’an, grew up in a very nurturing and lavish environment; in the palace of the king. Prophet Musa’s grand success is a direct outgrowth of his childhood.
Ibrahim Yousef has worked with Islamic Schools for the last 12 years. He entered the field of education as a teacher, then as a board member, and has since worked with schools in the US Virgin Islands, Houston, Pittsburgh, and Nashville. He is currently the School Principal at Nashville International Academy. His work has focused on developing an Islamic Educational model that offers holistic ways to nurture and engage students. He’s helped 4 schools earn accreditation, and has served on accreditation teams around the country. He holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Architecture.
His teacher certification is with Texas Teachers for 7-12 ELA. And his score on the TN School Leadership Test is 178. Even though he has worked in construction, the restaurant business, retail, and even in stock trading, he chooses to work at NIA because he believes in its significance and purpose. He’s also a board member with CISNA (Council of Islamic Schools in North America) and dreams of supporting Islamic schools around the world.
