She holds a Doctorate in Leadership and Innovation from Arizona State University, where her research focused on building teacher capacity to implement Social- Emotional Learning and Character Development in Islamic school settings, and a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Cincinnati. Dr. Zahra believes deeply in nurturing the whole child and has dedicated her career to creating learning environments where every student can reach their fullest potential. She is a passionate advocate for teachers and families alike, believing that when educators are truly supported and families are genuinely partnered with, students don’t just learn, they flourish. At the heart of her work is an unwavering commitment to building strong, trusting relationships between school and home, ensuring that every child is seen, supported, and set up for success both inside and outside the classroom.
