For the 2026–2027 school year,

Early Bird re-enrollment will be open from March 2–14.

Open enrollment will begin on March 15.

Note: The following grade levels currently have waitlists; however, parents are welcome to apply and join the waitlist: Preschool (Age 3), Pre-Kindergarten (Age 4), Kindergarten, 1st grade, 2nd grade, 3rd grade, 4th grade, 5th grade, 6th grade, 7th grade, 8th grade, and 9th grade.

 

The Application Process

STEP 1 - Complete Online Application

Complete the online application and submit the non-refundable $100 admission fee to begin the admissions process. The application will not be reviewed until it is fully completed and the fee is received. For grade levels with waitlists, the $100 admissions fee will not be required until a seat becomes available.

Re-enrollment
To secure a student’s seat for the upcoming school year, parents must:
– Submit the online re-enrollment application through Gradelink
– Pay the required academic fees online
– Upload the student’s most up-to-date immunization record

During re-enrollment, parents may add new siblings, except for those who are already on the school waitlist. To add siblings:
– Parents must use their existing Gradelink username and password to complete new student applications for siblings.
– Academic fees for newly accepted students are due upon acceptance of admission.

STEP 2 - Submit Required Forms

Parents are required to upload the following documents via the Gradelink Attachments tab prior to submitting their application:

PreK-3, PreK-4, KG
– Birth Certificate
– Social Security Card
– Most updated Immunization Records

– Birth Certificate

– Special Services: Students receiving special education or ESOL services must submit their current IEP or academic records for review to determine if NIA can meet their academic needs.

Grade 9-12

– High school transcript

STEP 3 - Schedule Evaluation

Once your application is received and a vacancy is confirmed, parents will be contacted by email/phone to schedule a Comprehensive Registration Appointment (CRA) which includes a student academic assessment, an interview with the principal, and a campus tour. Parents must bring a non-refundable $125 assessment fee to the appointment to avoid delays or rescheduling. The accepted methods of payment are check or credit card only.

STEP 4 - Admissions Status

Parents will be notified of their child’s admission status within ten business days. A formal decision email will be sent by the school.

STEP 5 - Onboarding

Upon acceptance,
– Annual academic fees are due.
– Parents will receive a welcome email with important onboarding details, including school calendar, Student-Parent Handbook, and other relevant information to help prepare for the school year.
